Most athletes receive their coaching feedback within 1 to 3 minutes of their activity uploading.

What if I don't understand something?

Our feedback is designed to be clear and simple. If this isn't the case, we want your feedback too, helping us help you is always welcomed.

Can I customize how I receive my Kudo Coach analysis?

Yes! You can choose your preferred communication platform, WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and change it anytime.

Does it work for all sports?

Currently optimized for running and cycling, with walking and hiking also supported. Let us know what else we can help analyze and we will see if and when we can include a new activity type!

Do I need the coaching, or can I just use the calculators?

The coaching is a choice, not a requirement. Our free calculators, race fueling, pace, tire pressure and more, work on their own with no account. Add the plan and coach only if you want a full, adaptive training experience.

Yes. You connect with secure authorization, you can disconnect anytime, and everything the coach remembers about you can be viewed and deleted. We never sell your data.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Perfect, you're exactly who this is for. The feedback is written in plain language, the plan starts gently and builds safely, and the coach explains the 'why' behind every session so you learn as you go.

What devices and platforms can I send workouts to?

Workouts push straight to your Garmin watch or bike computer, and export as .FIT files so you can upload them to other platforms. COROS delivery is on the roadmap.

How is this different from my watch's built-in coaching?

Your watch shows raw numbers. Kudo Coach turns those into context, how hard you've been training, whether you're recovering, and what you should do next, then explains it in plain words and adapts your plan around it.

Do I need a power meter or chest strap?

No. You'll still get useful guidance from pace, heart rate and perceived effort. The more data you connect, the sharper it gets, but you don't need top-end gear to start.

Is Kudo Coach really free right now?

Yes. During our testing phase every plan is completely free, with no credit card required. You get full access to premium features while we perfect the platform.

What happens when the testing phase ends?

You'll keep your free tier forever. If you're on a premium plan, we'll let you know well before any billing starts, and you can choose to stay on the free tier instead.
